Casey's Story

Casey Midgley and I met in High School. Yep, she was an Oakhurst girl. After High School, she moved back East with her new husband, Alex. There they have made a good life for themselves, had three adorable children, and have been very involved in their community. She is a generous, community conscious, intelligent individual with much to offer. She is quick with a kind word, happy to help anyone in need, and has done her best to make her life mean something.

As a mother, she has created a stable, happy life for her three children. She has modeled to them and taught them what it means to have manners, how important it is to love each other,  and what it means to be a family.

In July of this year, Casey was diagnosed with cancer. As a mother, I can only imagine how scary it would be to get that diagnosis. Yet, as always, she is taking it in stride. She has a support network for the basics (meals, childcare, etc.), but like anyone, doesn't have thousands of dollars lying around. That's where we come in.

I truly believe that as citizens of the world, we should do everything we can to support those people who consciously work to make the world a better place. Casey is fighting for her life, fighting a disease she doesn't deserve to have, and the last thing she needs to do is worry about money. However, even in the situation she is in, Casey doesn't want to simply ask for donations, and instead has asked that you get something in return for your generosity. Please join her fight! Pick a product that might interest you, and together, we can let Casey do what's important--heal and get back to her family.
